Today, an important educational event — Open Day — was held at a high level at the University of Innovation and Digital Technologies of Tajikistan. This initiative was implemented within the framework of the state policy for the development of education and the transition to a digital economy, aiming to present the university’s wide opportunities and attract talented young people.

Applicants from 23 secondary educational institutions participated actively in the event, with a total of 445 graduates in attendance. The strong participation once again demonstrates the high level of interest in higher education and modern digital specialties.

Participants became familiar with modern learning conditions, well-equipped classrooms, technological laboratories, and broad opportunities for professional development. They also received detailed information about modern and competitive specialties that meet labor market demands. It is worth noting that the university currently offers 37 specialties across all clusters, providing applicants with wide opportunities for academic and professional growth.

During the tour of faculty achievements, a festive and engaging atmosphere prevailed on campus. Various quizzes were organized for applicants, in which they enthusiastically participated, demonstrating their knowledge and intellect. Winners were awarded memorable gifts, which boosted participants’ motivation.

It should be noted that in the context of globalization and the rapid development of artificial intelligence, the role of such higher education institutions is increasing. As highlighted by the National Information Agency of Tajikistan “Khovar,” the university creates a solid foundation for the transition to a digital economy and makes a significant contribution to training specialists who meet modern requirements.

The official part of the event began with an opening speech by the Rector of the University, Associate Professor Shahriyor Saidullozoda. In his speech, he emphasized that today’s society needs specialists who possess not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills and the ability to work with digital technologies. He encouraged young people to effectively use available opportunities, continuously pursue knowledge, and contribute to the development of the country’s digital economy.
