A scientific and literary student club titled “Russian Speech” was held at the Department of State Language and Modern Foreign Languages of the University of Innovation and Digital Technologies of Tajikistan in a constructive academic and cultural environment.

The event was organized to improve language proficiency, develop speech skills, enhance literary awareness, and engage students in reading and analyzing literary works. It was conducted within the framework of the department’s activity plan.

During the session, participants delivered presentations on an important linguistic topic — “Verb Moods,” discussing both its theoretical and practical aspects.

Additionally, the well-known work by the outstanding Russian writer M.Yu. Lermontov — “A Hero of Our Time” was analyzed, with students highlighting its key artistic, thematic, and ideological features, supported by concrete examples.

Throughout the event, students demonstrated strong public speaking skills, analytical thinking, and in-depth knowledge, enriching the session with engaging and meaningful presentations.

Faculty members also contributed by providing valuable recommendations and academic insights, which helped enhance the quality of discussions.

The “Russian Speech” club was highly regarded as an important academic platform for developing students’ intellectual and communicative abilities and concluded successfully with active student participation and a high level of organization.
