On October 4, following his working visit to the districts of Farkhor and Vose, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, arrived in the city of Kulob, Khatlon Province, to inaugurate a number of facilities of various purposes, familiarize himself with the living conditions of the population, lay foundation stones for future facilities, and participate in celebrations marking the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

At Kulob International Airport, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, was warmly and respectfully welcomed by the Chairman of Khatlon Province, as well as officials and representatives of local executive authorities.

To accord a worthy welcome to the Head of State, local activists and young people presented a colorful cultural and artistic program at the entrance to the city of Kulob, demonstrating a high spirit of patriotism and national pride.

The warm and sincere welcome, the joy and enthusiasm of the residents, and the broad participation of representatives of various sections of society reflected the people’s deep respect and sincere affection for the Motherland and the Head of State, as well as their strong sense of national unity and solidarity.
