On August 14, 2026, Director of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Khurshed Mirzo held a meeting with the Managing Director of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD).

The meeting focused on the current state of digitalization, the development of information and communication technologies, and the state policy of the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of digital transformation and digital economy development.

The parties exchanged views on opportunities for implementing joint projects with the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development, emphasizing that such initiatives could make a significant contribution to the development of the digital economy and private sector in Tajikistan.

The meeting also addressed the implementation of the project “Strengthening Institutional Capacity for the Development of Digital Public Services”, aimed at strengthening cooperation and further improving the delivery of digital public services.

As part of the meeting, the parties visited the Public Services Center in Dushanbe and the districts under republican jurisdiction. They familiarized themselves with the provision of public services in electronic form, the level of digitalization of public services, and the technical capabilities of the Center.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to further strengthen cooperation, develop and implement joint projects, and advance joint initiatives in the areas of digital economy development and digital public services.
