On April 23, 2026, the Tajik University of Innovation and Digital Technologies hosted an international scientific-practical conference titled “Implementation of Digital Systems in Education: Innovation and Artificial Intelligence.”
The main objective of the conference was to discuss current issues of digital transformation in education, identify opportunities for the application of modern technologies, including artificial intelligence in the learning process, as well as strengthen scientific cooperation and expand the exchange of experience between national and international academic and educational institutions.
The conference brought together scholars, experts, and representatives of higher education institutions from several foreign countries. They discussed the development of digital learning environments, the use of innovative technologies, the application of artificial intelligence in education, as well as its ethical and social implications.
The conference was held in both in-person and online formats. More than 50 scientific presentations by domestic and international researchers were delivered, providing a strong foundation for the development of international cooperation and academic networking.
During the plenary session, the following presentations were delivered:
Abdullo Mamadamon Abdurahmonbek, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor — “Digital Transformation of Education: Global Experience and National Achievements”;
Alisher Malda-baev, CEO of “Oilan Group” (Republic of Kazakhstan) — “Transformation of Universities in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: International Experience”;
Zhe Zheng, Professor (People’s Republic of China) — “Core Technologies and Applications of Integrated Robots in Industrial Processes”;
Nodira Turgunovna Malikova, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor (Republic of Uzbekistan) — “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Education: Models, Outcomes, and Ethical Issues”.
In addition, scientific reports from representatives of the Russian Federation, Republic of Uzbekistan, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, and the People’s Republic of China were presented in separate sections, both in-person and online.
Overall, the conference results are of significant scientific and practical importance and create favorable conditions for further development of digitalization in education, implementation of innovative technologies, and expansion of artificial intelligence applications.
